Frei (AKA Groot) showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in WA on October 18th, 2020. He is a very athletic Long Snapper that is super coachable. You tell this kid what to do and just consider it done. He is able to reach back well and he is pretty darn close to using his whole body. Slow motion drills will help a ton to get Frei to use his whole body and drive his chest through to the punter. Love this kid's attitude and drive.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
