Harvey showed me some good potential at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in WA on October 18th, 2020. He has a very long frame that has room to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. Starting form is good and he is able to reach back well to the punter. His pop is solid and he has all of the tools for greatness, just needs to put them all together. Snapping with confidence, locking down his spiral and driving his elbows will push Harvey in the right direction. Solid upside.
