Oscar Morgan showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Camp on June 28th, 2020. He has a good frame and solid starting form. His spiral is very tight and he is close to using his whole body really well. I would love to see Oscar lean back more and snap with full power at all times. Leaning back will increase his accuracy and speed. His body is strong and snapping with full confidence/power will move his times well under .85 for punt snaps at The Rising Senior Camp in July.
