Chartier showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Camp on June 28th, 2020. He is a thick and strong Long Snapper with really powerful hands. The ball jumps out of the gate quickly and has the ability to be really quick. Upper body gets through well and I would love to see his lower half get fully involved to gain more consistent speed on the ball. Locking down his spiral and slow motion drills will really help push Chartier up the charts.
