Carter was impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in Texas on June 14th, 2020. He is an athletic Long Snapper that has the ability to snap in the mid to high .7s. His frame is good and he has excellent starting form. Love his pop and upside. Carter was able to use his whole body very well and the harder he snaps the ball, the better his snaps will be and they will have more speed on them. If he can lock down his timing where his legs are locked when the ball is at his shins, he will dominate in college. Good camp for Carter.
