Tootle showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 7, 2020. He has a very solid frame and is built well. Strong Long Snapper with very good starting form. Love to see Tootle focus on using all of his lower half to get more speed on the ball. If he can focus on slow motion drills and get his legs locked, his ball will easily be in the .7s at VEGAS XXXVI in May. Getting his ball a little quicker out of the gate by eliminating the hitch will move Tootle way up the rankings and get him fully ready for college. Massive, massive upside on Tootle.
