Player Review

Cortez did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping TOP 12 Camp on Jul 12-14, 2022. His form is gorgeous and he is one of those Long Snappers that is always improving. There is no doubt that Cortez can snap at the next level. His ball is smooth, easy to catch and I really like how well he is driving his elbows back to the punter. Solid on his feet and he has good balance. Incredible work ethic on Cortez. Fantastic attitude that his college coaches are going to love on and off the field. Cortez was extremely solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XL Event on May 14-15, 2022. He is a very accurate and consistent Long Snapper that snaps a smooth ball that is easy to catch. Cortez hovers at .75 and done a great job on his body over the last year. As he continues to increase his oveall athleticism, the better he will be for the college coaches. Every snap is the same and I love it. Tremendous, hard-working Long Snapper that should do very well at The TOP 12 Camp in July
