Player Review
Player reviews for VEGAS XXXV will be done on YouTube. Please click on top video link above to see the full review.
Kozhaya showed me some good things during his Online Virtual Ranking opportunity. He has strong hands and his ball is very tight. When the ball hits the punter's hands, it practically sticks to them. Starting form is good and his hands are able to reach back well. I really need to see him get his eyes through to really gain some accuracy and speed. Hovers in the mid to high .8s and if he gets his eyes/head through, Kozhaya will easily be in the .7s. Slow motion drills are going to be huge for him. Moves well going forward. Hard working Long Snapper.
Kozhaya was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 1, 2020. First off, he has one of the best attitudes of any Long Snapper in the country. He really listens out on the field, or in the classroom, and definitely wants to get better. His starting form is great and he is reaching back well. Balance is solid and his legs are coming along nicely. The more Kozhaya can focus on going straight back instead of up and then back, the more accuracy and speed he will have on the ball. Always improving and moving in the right direction.
Andrew showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 27th, 2019. He is a thick and powerful Long Snapper. Balance is solid and he is strong. Upper body gets through really well and his timing is almost perfect. If he can speed up his strong legs to be able to get the ball at his shins when his legs are locked, he will easily get more power and speed on the ball. Andrew has a good attitude and was really coachable. Excited to see him at VEGAS XXXV in January.
