Fine showed me some good things during the 2019 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. He reaches through extremely well and practically hands the ball to the punter. Moves well on his feet and should definitely be a factor on the punt coverage team. Starting form is good and his ball is catchable. Increasing the use of his lower half will greatly increase the speed on his ball. Lots of potential on Fine and I am excited to see him this fall and at VEGAS XXXV.
