Packard did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in TX on June 29th. Big and powerful Long Snapper with good, quick hands. Starting form is solid and his balance is good. If Packard can focus on getting his lower half fully involved, he will easily be snapping in the low .8s by the fall season. Smooth Long Snapper with really good upside due to his size and quickness.
