Hensley came over from TN and was impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on October 6th, 2019. He is a large and powerful Long Snapper that is easily coachable. Hensley listens really well. His starting form is good and he is getting his eyes and head through well. Good improvement since the last time I saw him. The more Hensley can get his super strong legs involved in the process, the more speed he will get on the ball. Good upside and I am excited to see him at VEGAS XXXV in January. Slight move up the rankings.
Hensley was solid during the Rubio Long Snapping 2019 Summer Tour. His snaps are smooth and he has good accuracy and consistency. Big Long Snapper with good power throughout his whole body. He can hover in the high .7s to low .8s and his ball is on target. He is getting his hands through quickly and they are reaching back well. Love when he is driving his eyes/head all the way through to the punter and when his spiral is locked down. The tighter the spiral, the faster the ball will get back to the punter. Great upside and I am excited to see him this fall and at VEGAS XXXV in January. Big jump!
Hensley showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in CA. on June 27, 2019. Big and powerful Long Snapper from TN. that can pass an eyeball test from a 1/4 mile away. Reaches back well and is able to get the ball back with solid speeds. Love to see Hensley focus on leaning back, getting his massive legs more involved and locking down his spiral. Seems like a lot but all could be fixed rather quickly and will pay off a ton in the long run. Really good upside and I am excited to see his progression in the fall.
