Mitchell had a great day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in TX on April 7th, 2019. He is a really athletic Long Snapper that left no doubt he will be a solid addition to anyone’s punt coverage team. Starting form is good and he is a quick learner. He reaches back to the punter well and drives his chest through like a champ. Ball is in the mid to high .8s due to his great upper body and strong hands. Need to see Mitchell focus on slow motion drills in order to get his athletic lower half fully involved in the process. He is only snapping with half of his body, so if he can get his legs locked, he will end up putting a hole through someone at VEGAS XXXIV in May.
