Cody had a very good day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NorCal on March 24th, 2019. Cody’s potential is through the roof. He throws a very hard ball, has very good form and a solid frame to boot. He does a very good job getting his elbows and eyes through. If he can drive his butt and continue to work on getting his legs straighter, and more involved, his power will only get better. I would like to see Cody eliminate his forward hitch and be more direct with his elbows. Improving the hitch alone, should provide snaps in the mid .7s for Cody. He is very receptive to coaching, so I do expect to see some quick improvements for him. I am excited to see Cody snap at his next Rubio Long Snapping event.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
