Joe had a very solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NorCal on March 24th, 2019. He does a great job of hitting his spots with solid consistency. He does this so well because he is very good at getting his eyes, elbows and hands deep in his snap. His upper body works tremendously. Ultimately, I would like to see Joe develop more power in his snap. In order to accomplish this, he could drop his butt a bit more pre snap and incorporate his legs more. Once Joe does this, I think he could move u the rankings in quick fashion. I look forward to seeing Joe snap at his next Rubio Long Snapping event.
