Lucas was very solid in his online ranking opportunity. He is a massive human being that is easily big enough to play two positions in college. His short snaps are on par with the best in the country. Smooth and accurate Long Snapper that is quick on his feet for being such large and powerful human being. Driving his head through in one quick motion is the key to more speed on Lucas. Love when he really lets the ball fly out of his hands and crushes the punter. VERY good upside. 

Lucas did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping Rising Seniors Camp in TX on July 11-12, 2020. Massive Long Snapper that is large enough to play two positions in college. Listens well and he is coachable. Strong and powerful hands really get the ball back to the punter well. The more he can get his super long legs involved without a hitch, he will easily, and I mean easily, be in the .7s on a very consistent basis. The upside on Lucas is off the charts and I was impressed with him. 

Really liked what Lucas put on display at the Rubio Long Snapping Regional Camp in New Jersey on October 13, 2019. A big, strong and raw Long Snapper who has a ton of upside and capture his full potential through focused training and work. Showed flashes of greatness, but developing the consistency and proper form to compliment his size will be key for him. Would love to see him continue to focus on his flexibility so he can get his legs fully engaged and snap hard every single time. If he can do this he will sky rocket up the rankings! Excited to see Lucas at future Rubio Long Snapping events!

Lucas had a very productive day at the Rubio Long Snapping regional camp in NJ on March 24, 2019 and improved drastically from start to finish. Big, strong Long Snapper who showed tons of upside and potential when everything comes together for him. Would love to see him focus on his feet not sliding out, but back in his stance, along with shifting his weight back as well as flexibility so his upper body can come all the way through. Great attitude and work ethic and I know he will go home and put in the work needed!

Accomplishments

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
