Player Review
Everett McLaughlin did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 7, 2020. Super long and lean Long Snapper that moves well on his feet. He has excellent starting form with very consistent snaps. When Everett snaps the ball with full power and confidence, he can easily hit in the mid .7s. Love how he has zero wasted movement in his snapping motion and his ball is tight on it’s way back to the punter. Massive amount of potential on Everett and definitely one to watch at VEGAS XXXVI in May!
Everett did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping NC Fall Camp on October 6th, 2019. He is a very long athlete that moves well on his feet. His frame can hold another 75 lbs by the time he is done with college. His strength coach is going to drool when they see him. The potential is off the charts. The more he can get his super long legs involved in the process, the better Everett will do at VEGAS XXXV and beyond. Great attitude and always improving. He snaps a really smooth ball.
Everett McLaughlin was solid during the Rubio Long Snapping 2019 Summer Tour. Extremely long athlete that has a frame that a college strength coach will drool over. Easily will be able to put on about 50 lbs over the next couple of years. Good starting form and he has good balance. Reaches back well and Everett is very close to using all of his long legs when snapping the ball. The more size he puts on and the more he is able to use his whole body, the more overall speed he will get on the ball. Very, very smooth Snapper that is definitely headed in the right direction to snapping in college. Really excited to see Everett dominate in the fall and at VEGAS XXXV in January. Huge jump in the rankings and well deserved.
Everett McLaughlin had a very solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping NC Spring Camp on March 10th, 2019. Incredibly long athlete that has room to put on about 50 lbs over the next couple of years. Starting form is good and he is already able to reach back very well. Ball is tight and super easy to catch. He is very tall and widening out his stance will really help with increasing his overall accuracy. Massive, and I mean MASSIVE, upside on McLaughlin. First camp and he was already impressive. Keep a very close eye on this kid. He will be as good as he wants to be with this great position.
