Christensen was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 27th, 2019. Excellent starting form and he is able to use his whole body very well. When he is on, he can easily get the ball back in the high .7s. Love when he is snapping with full power and confidence. RSI is solid with the double digits and will be in the thirties at VEGAS XXXV in January if Christensen can focus on really driving his eyes through quickly and in one motion. I really like Christensen's attitude. He is a hardworking Long Snapper that is very coachable.
Christensen showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in CA. on June 27, 2019. Might have had best the starting form at the camp. When he is in his stance, it’s a sight of perfection. He is able to use his whole body well and gets some solid pop from his lower half. Driving his eyes through a tad quicker and making sure he is snapping with great confidence is going to be the key to Christensen dominating in the fall.
Christensen was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 3, 2019. Thick Long Snapper with a tremendous follow through. His upper body dives through like an absolute champ. Very fluid and smooth Long Snapper. Reaches back very well. Snaps a good, catchable ball. Consistent Long Snapper. If Christensen can get his lower half fully involved (slow motion drills will help a lot), he will easily get his snaps back to the punter under .75 by VEGAS XXXIV in May. Right now, he is snapping with decent speeds and only using half of his body. Really liked his attitude.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
