Swartout did really well during the 2019 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. Athletic Long Snapper that has a very good frame. Strong and powerful upper body that reaches through to the punter like an absolute champ. His ball can hover between .75 to .85 and if he can get his strong legs more involved, he will easily be in the low .7s to high .6s by the fall camps and definitely at VEGAS XXXV in January.
Swartout was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Fall Camp on December 9th, 2018. He is a Long Snapper with a good frame and solid power. He reaches back really well as he practically hands the ball to the punter. Need to see Swartout focus on making sure he is always going straight back to push all of his body to his target. Right now, he widens out right when he starts the snapping motion and that will cause him to lose power. Putting bricks on the outside of his feet during his snap will fix this issue in less than a week. This simple fix will be huge for Swartout and push his speeds well under college level times. Great potential.
