Finke impressed me at the Rubio Long Snapping Midwest Fall Camp on December 9th, 2018. His hands are really quick and he snaps a smooth ball. Athletic Long Snapper that can move well on his feet. I was a big fan of Finke when he would lean back a bit more and had a nice, tight spiral. Slow motion drills will help a ton to get his athletic legs fully involved and get more speed on the ball. With his athletic frame, he could easily be snapping in the .7s, on a consistent basis, by VEGAS XXXIII in January, if he was able to get his legs locked. Good upside.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
