Lopez looked very good at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. Big fan of his overall frame as he is an athletic Long Snapper with a body that can easily put on some good weight over the next couple of years. Built really long and moves extremely well on his feet. Definitely an athlete that will be able to be a factor on the punt coverage team. Form is good and his hands are quick. Like Lopez's attitude a lot. Easily can snap at the next level. Locking down his spiral and speeding up his legs will be huge for Lopez. Watch him.
Lopez was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 2, 2018. He has a good frame and was easily coacahble. His hands are quick and his starting form is good. Like to see Lopez get fully set and make sure he is leaning back a bit more. If he leans back more, he won't fall forward and then his ball won't be so high at times. Uses his body well and snaps with good speed. Easily can hit in the .7s. Pretty talented Long Snapper that impressed me. Keep a close eye on him at VEGAS XXXIII in January.
