Soren showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in WA on October 21, 2018. Big fan of his overall attitude as he truly wants to get better and learn. I told him to remind me to fix something on him after the film session, but then I got busy, but he didn't forget and he reminded me right at the end of the camp. I absolutely loved that he remembered and wants to learn all he can about Long Snapping and how to improve. Flattening out his back and leaning back will help out his accuracy. Getting his legs involved will increase his overall speed. Good base and he is headed in the right direction.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
