Blackwell did well during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. He is a massive man with good power throughout his whole body. Starting form is good and he does a nice job of getting his whole body involved in the snapping motion. The more he can improve his athleticism, the higher he will go up the rankings. Also, making sure he has the same release point with each snap, the more he will increase his accuracy and push up his RSI. Really liked how smooth his snapping motion was throughout the day in TX and I look forward to seeing him this fall and at VEGAS XXXIII in January!
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
