Player Review

Schrier had a good day at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in CA on March 1, 2020. Great form and his pop is excellent. Super smooth Long Snapper that will benefit a ton from narrowing down his stance about three inches to allow him to get more power from his strong, athletic legs. Little too wide right now and that is taking away some power and speed. His snapping motion is gorgeous and will be even better at VEGAS XXXVI in May when it is narrowed down a bit. His speed will easily be in the low .7s as well. Great attitude and personality.
Schrier was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 27th, 2019. Starting form is excellent and his snapping motion is very smooth. His snaps are really easy to catch. His pop is great and he is able to snap the ball, consistently, in the mid .7s. One of Schrier's best attributes is his consistency. Each and every single snap are exactly the same. Keep a very close eye on him at VEGAS XXXV in January.
Schrier was a standout performer at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in NorCal on July 28, 2019. He was the overall camp champ after a very solid day. Jacob has improved a ton since his last Rubio Long Snapping camp. He has superb form highlighted by his fantastic follow through with his eyes and hands. Jacob snaps with nice power and has very quick hands. He had times as low as .75. I look forward to Jacob continuing his steady improvement and beginning to make a name for himself with Rubio Long Snapping.
Schrier showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Summer Camp in CA. on June 27, 2019. He has a very good attitude and was smiling throughout the whole day. Starting form is excellent and he might have had the best follow through of anyone in the camp. It looks like he is trying to hand the ball to the punter. His pop is decent and will be even better if he can narrow down his stance just a tad to really get his strong legs fully locked out. Quick hands and solid upside.
