Bailey was very solid during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. He has great size and can pass for a college athlete right now, let alone in a couple of years. Starting form is excellent and he can already snap a ball at college speeds. If Bailey can lean back a bit more, he would greatly increase his overall accuracy and consistency of his snaps. The potential on Bailey is simply off the charts and I can't wait to see him crush VEGAS XXXIII in January. If he snaps the way I know he can, he could easily be a TOP 12 Camp Invitee
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
