Provost showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in NC on March 11, 2018. He has some good starting form and his balance was solid. I liked how he leaned back and how quick his hands were in getting the ball out of the gate. Like to see Provost focus on slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved to gain more speed. Also, lay down drills to lock down his spiral will help as well. Pretty impressive day at camp and you can tell he improved from the first to last snap. Reaches back really well. Couple quick fixes will really help out Provost.
