Manly showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXI Event on January 12-14, 2018. His hands are like rockets and the ball jumps out of the gate very well. Starting form is solid. Reaches through well. Like to see Manly focus on slow motion drills to get all of his lower half involved. If Manly gets his legs going and fully locked, he will easily be able to snap the ball under .85 at the next spring camp in CA on March 4th and easily at VEGAS XXXII in May. This kid can do it.
