Will showed a lot of good things at the Rubio Long Snaping Regional camp in GA on April 28, 2019. A very athletic snapper who is oozing with upside. Would like to see him shift his weight back and drop his butt down a litle bit to help put more power in his legs while also getting rid of the small butt hitch he has. The timing of his legs locking out is fantastic, but would love to see his upper body go along with it rather than popping up as he snaps. Would like to see his spiral get a lttle tighter as well. Does a great job of not falling forward and keeping his weight back after the snap. Excited to see his continued improvement at Veagas XXXIV and beyond!
Will showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 3rd, 2017. He is already getting his legs moving in the right direction really well. Gaining strength and making sure his eyes/head get all the way through is going to be huge for Will as we progresss and move forward over the next couple of years. Driving his eyes/head through will increase his overall accuracy and speed big time. His pop is good and I like the way Will listens to be coached. Excited to see the progression of Will over the next couple of years.
