Hoffman showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in GA on December 3rd, 2017. He has a really nice frame and he moves well on his feet. Balance is solid and his hands are quick. Good potential but he does need some work. Like to see Hoffman focus on slow motion drills to get his strong lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Also, slow motion drills will help to get his overall snapping motion much smoother and more fluid. I wouldn't even have Hoffman go more than ten yards with his snapping just to build his confidene and show him good he can be. Like I said, Hoffman does have potential and he could be a completely different Long Snapper in less than a month.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
