    Player Review

Butler was very solid during the Rubio Long Snapping 2019 Summer Tour. Body is strong and his frame is built well. He was absolutely ripping the ball back to the punter and easily snapping the ball under .75. Form is good and you can tell he has definitely been working his tail off over the past year. Butler is using his whole body really well and his pop is great! His confidence was high and he was impressive all day long in GA. If he keeps up this pace, he will be snapping in college with no problems and dominating at that level. Very excited to see Butler this fall and at VEGAS XXXV in January. MASSIVE jump in the rankings and well deserved.

Butler showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in GA on April 28, 2019. He is a very powerful Long Snapper with a good frame. Strong athlete. The more relaxed he is, the better he does. I absolutely love when Butler is just relaxed and letting the ball fly out of his hands. Ball has really good pop on it and can punish a punter. The more Butler focuses on quickness, the faster his overall snap speeds will be at VEGAS XXXIV in May. Good use of his whole body and once his butt doesn’t dip, he will easily be snapping in the .6s at 15 yards. Massive upside on Butler and I am excited to see the direction he heads over the next couple of months.

Butler was pretty darn solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. Thick and strong Long Snapper that reaches through well and snaps with a purpose. Powerful hands. Moves with aggression on his feet and his balance is improving a ton through the agility sections. His hands are quick and once his legs are as quick as his hands, his ball will easily be in the low .7s. Slow motion drills will help a ton. I am telling, you keep an eye on Butler. He has a ton of upside. Love his balance and I love how quick his upper body is.
