Ty had a very solid day at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on October 7th, 2018. He has a tremendous frame and can pass for a college Long Snapper already and he has a couple years of high school left! His form is excellent and Ty is very close to using all of his massive legs already..He is very good and headed towards great on a very fast train. Locking down his release point will improve his accuracy and push up his RSI at VEGAS XXXIII in January. Keep a very close eye on Ty as he can easily earn a spot to the TOP 12 Camp this January.
Ty was very solid during the 2018 Rubio Long Snappping Summer Tour. First off, he can pass an eyeball test from a 1/4 mile away. Looks like a college athlete right now. Snaps a very smooth ball and can get the ball back to the punter in under .80 when he is really letting the ball fly out of his hands. Need to see Ty focus on leading through with both elbows. Leading with both elbows will create more whip and speed on the ball. When Ty doesn't lead with his left elbow, the ball will die at about 12 yards back. Very simple fix that will push him way up the rankings
