    Player Review
Ritchie did well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 28, 2018. Good frame and his starting form is able to use his whole body pretty darn well in his snapping motion. His balance is good and he leans back well. I would like to see Ritchie make sure he is not over-thinking the process. The less he thinks before the snap, the better his accuracy will be in the long run. Driving his eyes/head through in one quick motion will increase his speed to the low .8s and even high .7s by VEGAS XXXIII in January. Great potential since his form is so darn good. Moves well on his feet.

Ritchie showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 29, 2017. He is already built pretty darn well and he moved like an athlete through the agility drills. I am definitely intrigued to see him go through the agility course at VEGAS XXXI. Follow through is excellent and he is very close to using all of his lower half to get his speed in the right direction. Right now, Ritchie can hover in the mid .9s and if he can get his butt lower, use all of his legs and snap with confidence, there is no doubt he could be hitting sub .90 at VEGAS XXXI. Very good upside on Ritchie and definitely one to watch.
