Player Review
Noonan showed me some excellent pop at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NJ on October 8, 2017. He is only a freshman and he is already getting some very solid lockout with his lower half which creates some nice explosion with the ball. Like to see Noonan focus on leaning back more, eating more and really making sure his eyes get through to increase his accuracy and RSI. He is a good place with the start of his Long Snapping journey and I am excited to watch him progess over the next couple of years.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
