Player Review
Caid was solid during the 2018 Rubio Long Snapping Summer Tour. Starting form is good and he is starting to get some solid pop on the ball with his body. Reaches through well and has good accuracy as shown with his RSI of almost 20. Like to see Caid focus on getting his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball and get his times under. 75 by VEGAS XXXIII in January. Slow motion drills will really help Caid over the next couple of months. Big fan of his overall attitude and the kid works hard.
Caid showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping GA summer camp on July 11, 2017. He has a solid frame and snaps with some good power. Starting form at the beginning of the snapping motion is good. Caid uses his lower half pretty well. Like to see Caid focus on making sure he is leaning back and really getting his body moving towards the punter instead of up and then back. His hands go back really well and I love his follow through. Getting his legs fully involved (they are really close right now) will get his speed under .90 by this fall in GA. Good upside on Caid. Great accuracy. Love how high his RSI was right out of the gate with Rubio Long Snapping.
