Cline did well at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in IL on April 23, 2017. He has good starting form and he snaps a smooth ball. Like to see him focus on not thinking so much and doing slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. If he can do that, will greatly increase his speed at VEGAS 30. Ball is catchable and has great accuracy. Very good start for Cline.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times. Scoring range is 0-80 with a 60.61 being the highest recorded.
