Marshall showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in IL on April 23, 2017. He is a very smooth Long Snapper with an incredible follow through. Marshall practically hands the ball to the punter. Needs to make sure he does slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Ball is very smooth if he can get his ball under .80 at VEGAS 30, he could move way up the rankings. Lots and lots of potential on this long athlete.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times. Scoring range is 0-80 with a 60.61 being the highest recorded.
