McCoy did really well during the Rubio Long Snapping 2019 Summer Tour. First off, when McCoy is on, he is VERY on and can absolutely rip the ball back to the punter. He is going to have a massive jump in the rankings after what I saw of him this summer. He has a great frame and can easily pass an eyeball test from a college coach. Good size right now and still has the potential to put on another forty lbs over the next couple of years. Snaps well under pressure and moves well on his feet. The harder McCoy snaps, the better he will be in the long run. Just watch this kid dominate in the fall and at VEGAS XXXV in January.

McCoy was impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping NC Spring Camp on March 10th, 2019. He has very good size and can pass an eyeball test from 100 yards away. Starting form is good and his balance is very solid. McCoy is using his whole body really well. His ball hovers in the high .7s to low .8s. Eyes get through well and his legs are locking like a champ. Ball is easy to catch. Making sure he is driving his elbows through and doesn’t get stiff with his arms will push his speed into the low .7s by VEGAS XXXIV in May. Great upside and potential.

McCoy was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. I absolutely love his overall frame as he can pass for a college Long Snapper and he still has over a year left off of high school. Starting form is good and he snaps a smooth ball. Like to see McCoy focus on increasing his overall athleticism to become a true factor on the punt coverage team. Doing that, along with leading with his elbows will help out a ton with his overall speed and college readiness. Great upside. Always improving. Consistency of speed under .775 is going to be what I want to see from McCoy and I know he can do it. CONFIDENCE
