    Player Review
Luke showed me a lot of potential at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He has an absolutely great frame with room to put on about fifty pounds over the next couple years. Smooth Long Snapper that does a really nice job of reaching back to the punter. Accuracy is solid. Built long so if he can get his legs fully involved he will create a lot more speed on the ball. Biggest thing I would like to see Luke focus on is his consistency. I saw him snap several D1 balls but also several non D1 balls. CONFIDENCE in his ability and letting the ball fly out of his hands will help him a ton. Kid is dripping with potential and can easily get into the next level with some slight tweaks.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.

    2018 IL SUMMER RSI: 37.04

VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: 1.00
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.31
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 20.00

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality. RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
