Player Review
Luke was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. This JC Long Snapper is a massive human being that can easily pass an eyeball test from a 1/4 mile away. Luke looks like a college tight-end. Ball is smooth and really easy to catch. Form is good and he is solid with accuracy. Ball can easily hit in the .7s with no problem. Increasing his overall athleticism will help a ton in pushing him up the rankings. Type of Long Snapper that can easily be snapping for a long, long time.Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
VEGAS XXXIII RSI: 23.08
VEGAS XXXIII Average 40 Time: 5.45
VEGAS XXXIII Average Snap Time: .76
2018 IL SUMMER RSI: 37.04
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: 1.00
VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.31
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 20.00
All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality. RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
