    Player Review
Lucas did well at VEGAS XXIX on January 13-14, 2017. He is an athletic Long Snapper that moves well on his feet and can be a factor in punt coverage. His snaps are in the mid to high .9s with good catchability on them. Love to see him snap with full power at all times as he does a solid job of using his whole body and has good form. CONFIDENCE and knowing how good he can be will really help Lucas out this spring. He has good upside and can do this at the next level.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .78
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.37
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 17.50

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
