    Player Review
Dylan showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX EVENT on January 14-15, 2017. He has a great frame and can pass an eyeball test from a quarter mile away. Ball is very smooth and catchable. His snaps are accurate and reside in The Rubio Zone at all times. Love to see Dylan focus on getting his large and strong lower half more involved to gain more speed on the ball. Getting under .76 will be a big plus for him and he is dripping with potential. Lots of upside. CONSISTENCY of speed is what I will be looking for in the future from Dylan.

VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .93
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.53
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 20.00

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
