    Player Review
Josiah did really well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS EVENT on January 19-20, 2019. He has an overwhelming personality, in a good way, that will be dominant on the field and in the locker room. Snapping form is good, his ball is easy to catch and he is really starting to snap with solid confidence which equates to power. Love to watch Josiah just let the ball fly out of his hands and rip back to the punter. Improving his overall athleticism will push him farther and farther up plus make him dominate in college. Great kid.

Josiah was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in WA on October 21, 2018. Alwyays one of the best personalities on the field. He could, and should, dominate on the field and in the locker room. Body is thick and powerful. He is starting to really use all of his thick frame to put some good speed on the ball. When he lets it loose and just lets his body and good form take over, he can easily hit sub .75 with no problem at all. Big personality on this big Long Snapper with a big future. Watch him at VEGAS XXXIII in January.

Josiah was solid at VEGAS XXXII. Big and strong athlete with a personality just as big as his frame. Ball is very smooth and the punter will have no problem ever catching it. Accuracy is solid and the more consistent speed he can get, the better Josiah will be in the long run. When he really lets the ball fly out of his hands, he is easily able to get the ball sub .775 and I want to see it at all times. The more confidence he snaps with, the better Josiah will be. I need him to increase his overall athleticism (he can do it since I know he has rhythm), the speed of his ball and snap with as much confidence as he does simply walking down the street.
