    Player Review
Hunter showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He has a nice frame that will be able to continue to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. I like his starting form and how well he uses his whole body when snapping the ball. Locking down his spiral will really help Hunter increase the overall speed of the ball. Making sure his release point is the same with each and every snap will increase his accuracy. Moves well on his feet and is definitely an athlete. Keep a very close eye on him at the March 5th camp in CA and at VEGAS 30 in May. Type of kid that can really jump some people quickly.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .95 VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.36 VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 15.00 All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality. RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
