Player Review
Powers was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in GA on April 30, 2017. He is a very large Long Snapper with lots of power. He has excellent flexibility and does a great job of reaching all the way through to the punter. Love to see him focus on snapping with more power and leaning back a bit more to gain balance. He is so strong that if he can get his whole body going back, he will end up throwing the ball through the punter at less than .75 at VEGAS 30. Very good upside.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times. Scoring range is 0-80 with a 60.61 being the highest recorded.
