    Player Review
Ryder showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. Pure athlete that had no issues with the agility section of the weekend. Kid can move and will be a factor on punt coverage as he heads towards college ball. Definitely needs to put on some good lbs over the next 18 months to make him more able to withstand a college rush. Ball is powerful and gets back to the punter with decent speed. Like to see Ryder focus on getting his hands quicker (no hitch) and making sure he is using all of his lower half to gain more speed on the ball. Good upside and should do well at VEGAS 30 in May
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .86
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.00
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 21.52

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
