Player Review

Joseph was very impressive at the Rubio Long Snapping Spring Camp in Arizona on March 31, 2019. When he gets going and is throwing the ball the way he is capable of, he is very hard to beat. He has very quick hands and throws the ball with some nice zip and a very nice spiral.  He is smooth and demonstrates solid form. I would love to see Joseph break the habit of falling forward on a lot of his snaps and start to become better at driving his butt and finishing through his heels. Once he does this, his accuracy will increase tremendously and he will be able to focus more on speed and less on aiming. I am looking forward to seeing Joseph at his next Rubio Long Snapping event.

Joseph did really well at the VEGAS XXXIII Event on January 19-20, 2019. He moves pretty darn well on his feet and with a definite purpose. Runs with aggression and I love it. Form is good and he is using his whole body like a champ. Love when Joseph doesn't think too much and just lets the ball fly out of his hands. Good pop on his snaps and he reaches back very well. 

Joseph was solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in AZ on December 9, 2018 Joe has great footwork and he is confidently snapping the ball with more and more speed. Like to see him keep an eye on pre-snap routine so he is not predicatable as it will tick off the defenders. Also, too much pre-snap movement can play with the spiral a bit. Setting his fingers and letting his good form do all of the work will be huge for him. Smooth Long Snapper with great upside. Excited to see him at VEGAS XXXIII in January.

Joseph did very well at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in CA on October 28, 2018. His starting form is very good and he is using his lower half pretty darn well. He is getting some good pop from his legs and I like the direction Joseph is headed. Need to make sure he is leaning back more as that will great increase his overall accuracy and really push up his RSI at VEGAS XXXIII in January. Moves well on his feet and should easily be a factor on the punt coverage team. Like his attitude as he is always improving. Has the tools to be a solid college Long Snapper. Nice move up in the rankings. 

Joseph shwoed me some good things at VEGAS XXXII in May. He moves really well on his feet and can easily be a factor on the punt coverage team. Starting form is very good and snaps a smooth ball. Like to see Joseph focus on not fidgeting with his fingers before he snaps the ball as it can play with the spiral on his snaps. Making sure his fingers don't move around will help a ton. Quick and powerful hands plus I love the way he explodes back to the punter. Upside is very good and I am big fan of Joseph's potential.
