    Player Review
Conor showed me some good things at VEGAS XXIX on January 14-15, 2017. He is a large man with a lot of power harnessed in his body. Balance is good and he has solid starting form. Needs to make sure he goes through slow motion drills and makes them a part of his normal routine to get his whole body involved in the process. He is large so if he gets his legs going, he will really increase his speed and get his punt snaps in the low .8s if not quicker by VEGAS 30. Upside is solid.

Conor improved greatly as the Rubio Long Snapping Camp in Arizona on December 11, 2016 progressed. He is a big-bodied snapper and when he puts all his power into his snap the ball will be around .8. He competed very well on the target and needs to snap his punts with as much confidence as he does his PATs. If he locks out his legs consistently he could get into the mid .7s at Vegas XXIX.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: 1.05
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.56
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 9.09

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
