Grimes was very solid at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in TX on November 12, 2017. Athletic Long Snapper that moves well on his feet and can definitely be a factor on the punt coverage team. He has solid balance and shows great upside. Improves quickly and listens well. Like to see Grimes focus on slow motion drills to make sure he is getting his strong legs fully involved to gain more speed on the ball. Right now, he is hovering in the high .8s with a very smooth ball back to the punter. If he could time up his legs correctly, he could end up sub .75 by VEGAS XXXI and be right in the hunt for a TOP 12 Camp spot. Upside on this athletic Long Snapper is very high. Solid move up in the rankings.
