Harris did well at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in TX on March 26, 2017. First off, he is a very good athlete that can definitely be a factor on punt coverage. Kid moved really well on his feet. Built like a rock and I want him to use all of that power when he is snapping at VEGAS 30. Love to see him focus on slow motion drills to get his lower half fully involved in the process. When Harrison lets his lower body do the work, the ball flies back to the punter. When he tries to muscle the ball back to the punter, he ends up using too much upper body (especially hands) then the ball hitches which slows it down. Trusting his form will be huge as we head to VEGAS 30. VERY good potential.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times. Scoring range is 0-80 with a 60.61 being the highest recorded.
