    Player Review
Dragna did well at the Rubio Long Snapping VEGAS XXIX Event on January 14-15, 2017. He has a nice long frame that will be able to put on some good weight over the next couple of years as he embarks on his college career. During the agility section, Dragna moved really well on his feet and had no issues with getting over the bags laterally. Like to see him bring the ball in a bit more to get his hands out of the gate quicker. Also, really pushing his eyes through will help a ton with accuracy and speed. By VEGAS 30, with these two adjustments, he should easily be able to get his RSI into the 30s.
    Accomplishments
VEGAS XXIX Average 15 Yard Snap Speed: .81
    VEGAS XXIX 40 Time: 5.00
VEGAS XXIX RSI (Rubio Standard Index) from the Rubio Target: 13.41

All Long Snappers were tested on The Rubio Target. Each Long Snapper was tested on 12 punt snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set) and 12 pat snaps where they had three normal snaps, three blocking left, three blocking right, three speed punt snaps (running in from the side and have three seconds to get the ball off once their feet are set). Once the Long Snapper has completed the test, they earn an RSI which is the fairest and most accurate way to judge a Long Snapper by numbers. Please note: the RSI does not account for athleticism, spiral or mentality.

RSI (Rubio Standard Index): The RSI is the score divided by the average speed on The Rubio Target. You may obtain 2 bonus points for an average of .75-.79, 2 more bonus points for an average of .70-.74 and an additional 2 more bonus points if you average below .70.
