Liked what I saw out of Drake at the Rubio Long Snapping Fall Camp in NC on November 19, 2017. Thick and strong Long Snapper with good power throughout his body. Big fan of the way he explodes back to the punter. Gets set for the right amount of time and really pops back to the punter. The more he can lead with his elbows, the more he will create more whip and get more speed on the ball. With his size, strength and form, Drake could easily be sub .75 (yes, that fast) at VEGAS XXXI in January. Two biggest things I will be looking for in VEGAS XXXI, consistency of speed and tight spiral. Good attitude and upside.
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target. Bonus points are awarded for a superior range of snap times.
