Owens showed me some good things at the Rubio Long Snapping spring camp in NC on March 12, 2017. Kid is absolutely dripping with potential and with some fine tuning, he could easily dominate VEGAS 30 and be a top Long Snapper in his class. Built long and lean with room to put on some good weight over the next couple of years. Love to see Owens widen out a bit to make sure he uses all of his lower half to gain more speed on the ball. Widening out will also increase his accuracy which will push up his RSI. WATCH HIM!
Accomplishments
RSI (Rubio Standard Index) is a scoring process developed by Rubio Long Snapping that weighs the average speed of the snap along with points for accuracy on the Rubio Target.
